Senator Hall moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 2734–A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-5-15, all relating to authorizing dealers of heavy equipment rental inventory to collect a fee from renters for the purpose of paying the dealers’ property taxes on rental equipment; and establishing requirements for collection and remittance of such rental fees.
